Location.. balance between distance from the beach and city centre with good transportation
It is a students dorm so is quite basic

Great accommodation, very comfortable bed and great shower. Excellent budget price.
Noisy neighbours in room next door all night, despite staff twice visiting to tell them to be quieter - earplugs would have been useful - just unlucky :)

The location is great, very well connected and super close to the beach. The value for money was unbeatable, and the room was clean and comfortable enough for a short stay.
The common areas could be cleaner and tidier.
