In the old town it was a good location. The room was clean and modern. The rooms were fresh and the fixtures new. The shower was very powerful and the room had air con.
There’s a communal kitchen which is great. However I couldn’t find a coffee machine to use the ground c/m coffee I had bought. The sheets on the bed were a little odd, basically a single duvet cover without a duvet in it.

Staff were very friendly and helpful
Air conditioning was very good and the room was in the shade with black out curtains which helped to avoid the heat
Very central into town, good spot if you want to remain in the city centre but far from the beach altho I already knew that

Room was not clean at all.. air conditioning was not cleaned for a while and dirt leaking out the vents
Floor was not hoovered or cleaned, the bedside table and table was the same. Shower was dirty and it was not pleasant to be in. For the price paid I expected to be exceptionally clean. I did not even go under the bed sheets because of that.
Despite it being a new building the walls are patched up already in the room and bathroom, the art already wrinkled that’s above the bed in the frame
No bin in the room which would be handy as no lifts to constantly recycle items
Walls are paper thin.. luckily I didn’t have a neighbour most of the week until last 2 days. A male moved in and it felt like he was in the same room as me. Could hear him coughing, walking, going to the toilet like it was in my own room. Would advise people to bring earplugs in this case.
