Location was great, 10 min walk from train stazione, so very convenient, but off a side canal, much less visitor traffic;

We were greeted very warmly and offered help and directions we used our entire stay. The location is perfect, a quiet neighborhood where residents of Venice truly live, but close enough to walk everywhere.
