Staff were excellent from reception, the ladies in the breakfast room to the cleaning staff.
Room was clean and had everything you needed. There isn’t air conditioning but there was a fan provided. A fridge would have been nice.
Nothing. I think in summer it might be quite warm.

Staff and price
Not having 24/7 reception and the room card sometimes does not work. Then it is difficult to fix especially when guest arrive after midnight.

The hotel is in a convenient location. Although it is not in the city center or within walking distance of the main attractions, the nearby metro station makes it very easy and quick to reach all parts of Vienna.
The rooms are modestly furnished and not luxurious, but the cleanliness is outstanding and truly deserves praise. The breakfast is decent, with enough variety to start the day pleasantly.
