Location was near the UBahn station and there is a supermarket in the same building, which was convenient. The unit has everything required for a stay. The beds were comfortable.
Air conditioning was not really cooling the unit. There are no fly screens on the windows, thus flies and mosquito's were in the room. Instructions for garbage disposal were not clear as lift only in the top tower goes to -1 level and it was not mentioned that our key could allow us access to the top tower. Taxi was included with the booking but the driver didn't meet as supposed to at Arrivals gate and was not very polite.

Lovely location. Very clean generally.
Oven not clean but manageable. No mugs for tea and no spare bin bags - would have been nice. Also no wine glasses, just 3 champagne flutes 🤷🏻♀️ Dishwasher needs rinse aid and salts!

Excellent location, the train is right next door.
We had a few issues with the room and the communication was poor. Our issues were not dealt with in a timely matter. The room needs a bit of attention: broken parts on the shower, lots of marks on the floors and walls, the blinds did not work and were not fixed, no air con just a fan so not very cool in 38 degree heat!
