Under the kitchen sink was a little smelly.

The property was very spacious and the rooms had a modern layout. It comfortably hosted 6 people and had everything we needed for a short stay. It was close to everything and had a beautiful view of La Sagrada Família once you approached the main road.
The reception, which is 5km away from the property, is in fact not reachable for 24 hours despite being advertised this way. I appreciate that check-in is *from 3pm* as it was argued to me, however that means my room should be ready from 3pm for me to check in at any point after that
It’s worth mentioning that the walls are quite thin and the corridors and rooms echo quite a bit so it can be quite noisy at times. The bathroom doors were quite creeky and stiff so it was hard to access the toilet quietly. The shared bathroom sometimes had what I think is excess plaster falling between the panelling in the ceiling when anyone upstairs would flush the toilet.

Location is amazing. Walk to the street and you will see Sagrida Familia.
Washroom is clean, good shower water power, and shower head has 2 type (ceiling and hand held). 2 washroom and it was very nicely kept.
Elevator was broken and 3rd floor in Europe was actually 4th floor. 🥲
The key card didnt work too well, and it stopped working on 2nd day.
App for key worked well, but I didnt have roaming phone call service, which meant I could not get text message to confirm my key account. I ended up using my Canadian roaming phone service. I just pray it's not too expensive with no roaming plan...

The location was good.
The lift was out of service throughout our stay so this made it hard for my elderly mother to get in and out of the apartment which had staircase.
The bathroom seemed to have a leak and had a horrible smell. The fridge was not working so we couldn’t stock food properly.
