Well located right in old town with many restaurants close by. 10 minutes to main train station
Our room was very hot and there was no air conditioning so we slept poorly. When I did my search for Zürich hotels I filtered for air condioning in my preferences . Turns out that the superior rooms do have air on but the basic doubles do not. Beware and read the individual room descriptions. I contacted booking about this but so far no response.

We had a wonderful stay and were particularly impressed by the exceptional hospitality of the team. We had unknowingly booked a non-air-conditioned room, so I would recommend guests double-check this when making their reservation, particularly during the warmer months. Despite the hotel being at full capacity, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we remained comfortable, from arranging multiple fans for our room to even offering to move us to another room if one became available.
What truly stood out was how genuinely accommodating and thoughtful the team was throughout our stay. Their personalised service made us feel incredibly well looked after and very much at home.
The location is another major highlight. We were able to explore much of Zurich entirely on foot, with an excellent selection of restaurants and cafés right below and around the hotel, situated on one of the city’s liveliest streets. Breakfast was also excellent and added to an already lovely experience.
Ultimately, it was the people who made our stay so memorable. Their warmth, attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile really made a difference. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zurich and would happily return myself.

A nice place in the center, close to the Limatt river and to a tram stop (line 4 and 15).
We stayed in a superior studio, which was well equipped including air conditioning.
The team was very helpful and replied promptly to our requests.
Recommended!
Sometimes there is a noise from the street but not too much disturbing.

Some of the staff were so lovely and so helpful. The location is excellent.
Webpage said aircon but there was none. Hotel wanted me to pay for an upgrade which made no sense especially as the price dropped substantially by the time I got there and I ended up paying much more than a superior room. Absolutely no sitting area that belongs to the hotel and no storage area etc so if you need to stay after checkout it means leaving your bag by the door and just waiting outside or somewhere else. Just something to be mindful of. Staff at checkout were very helpful but it is a limitation. Bed and pillow were both lumpy and limited toiletries. no hair conditioner so make sure to pack everything you need and no hotel staff overnight. Queen room was tiny. more like a single.
