Bed was super soft. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great. Breakfast was fantastic.
Having a porter for your bags and then having to tip them.

Great delicious buffet breakfast with meats, cheeses, fresh fruits, cappuccino, cereal and more.
The hotel was covered with scaffolding for some remodeling

Good location in the heart of the historic old town. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Family room and Library was really nice place to chill after check out while waiting for late night flight.
Currently, front facade is under renovation. We we'ren't affected as I have requested for a room away. Would be good if future guests will be informed of renovation timing and completion date..

only location that was enjoyable. nothing else really was to our liking or expectations.
we are definitely used to a lot more for the same rates.
reception area, rooms in general, breakfast area and quality as well as variety of food.
everything was really below par, not worth it at all.
