Beautiful hotel located right in the heart of the old town. Loved reading about its history as a cinema and the bed was super comfy.

Great location in Zurich! Comfortable room
Breakfast was chaotic, no where to sit, running out of food but be patient and you’ll get something.
The hotel sign was covered by construction so the hotel is hard to locate!!! The hotel can’t control the city construction but they could add a sign at their door so people aren’t wandering and wondering where the hotel is.

Reserved a superior double room was a great size and clean.

The staff helped where they can and they wanted us to feel welcome.
The owner didn’t tell us there will be maintenance during our stay - and we didn’t have any view from our room with the exception of covers for the maintenance being done at the time.
Was not cool …..
