They are very caring: when they realised they had forgotten to buy gluten-free bread, they rushed out to get it

Great location and the view from the window was stunning. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Location is good , rooms are nice and comfortable.
No they don’t have queen or king bed. They only offer twin or double twin ( combined )
Bathrooms are clean but shower area lacks any rack which is little uncomfortable specially when one wants to put items
Shower door doesn’t holds water properly inside and hence water spills outside
It’s the first hotel in my life which wouldn’t offer complimentary water. ( sparkling water was there and that too one small bottle for a room of 2)
There is no coffee maker in room neither microwave
Breakfast is minimal. And it’s of no good value.
Coffee machine for the breakfast was extremely annoying. Rather it wouldn’t brew any other taste except “ black “
