The hotel location was ideal for enjoying the beauty of Špindlerův Mlýn. Also you can do a lot of fun activities and the rooms are comfortable and sophisticated, and the service is simply outstanding. The staff were attentive, kind, and always made us feel special.

Breakfast had a very good selection of food and beverages. Very tasty. Shuttle service from the parking area to the reception was exeptional.
The dinner buffet was missing gluten free bread.

The location is easy to reach. It is in walk-distance to all the attractions. Good breakfast, pleasant staff
- The heating in the rooms are managed by ladies on reception, even when I asked them to low the temperature, it was so hot.
- Dinner buffet is specific to Czech cuisine and has little options to choose.
- everything is paid on top of stay price: parking, wellness, bowling, boulder area etc
- baby aqua zone smells of chlorine too much, you could barely breath there. My son was coughing all the time
- main pool is quite chilly, not comfortable for children
