The staff was very helpful to manage the arrival after closure of the reception. The room we booked matched with the picures on booking and was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast provided a very wide range of products and friendly staff made sure the breakfast was a nice experience.
Big plus is the location central in Spindl and available parking for guest immediatly at the hotel.

The location is in the heart of the Spindleruv Mlyn. Room is big and ideal for couples. I like that’s there is a sofa and working table next to the bed. Complimentary drinks and coffee is also given in the room plus there’s a minibar. There’s a restaurant in the ground floor which is the place also for breakfast. Bathroom is also good and clean.
The room isn’t really quiet, you can hear noises above or outside. Breakfast could be better and have more options.

I liked that our suite had a separate area from the bedrooms and had a sofa.
Lacks ambiance. Not nice comfy reception area. No lifts. Bar was closed for 3 nights of our 6 night stay. Disappointed.
