Missing dinner after our arrival at 8:00PM was compensated upon complaint by free hotel menu dish next day. On the room we had cold snack prepared because of our arrival after dinner time frame.
Parking place outside is limited. We had to park the car in garage underground but this parking was charged with 60 PLN/day. This info was not available on Booking portal and promised parking for free. Time frame for dinner in case of half-board is just between 4:00-7:00PM. Missing response from hotel to the questions sent in advance via Booking portal.

Dinning room, jakuzzi, gym, spa, sauna. Everything was perfect

Our stay left positive impressions. The room corresponds to those on the photo. It was clean. everything worked.
Good breakfasts. Swedish table. Good choice of vegetables, salads, fruits, meat + fish.
Good location. It is 3 hours of walk till Szrenica mountain ( start of black route and possibility to change to red ( Kamenchyk waterfall or green - sniezny Kotly)
No major issues. Just hotel owns 1 swimming pool and 1 jacuzzi. I always checked whether it is not too many people.

Breakfast was ok, for the given standard of the hotel,
Service was a way below that standards of the hotel.
Cost cutting policy highly recognisable.
Sauna did not work properly either on time.
- no towels in sauna area; request to use the same towels several times (which is unacceptable for the given standard of the hotel).
Good hotel, but not properly managed.
