Close to city centre. Good breakfast
Paying to park, and in room no where at all to put anything other than wardrobe, no where for phone or other small items. Grass cutting of playing fields started at 7 am which was very annoying.

Great location a short walk from city centre. Friendly staff
Room was tired, lots of chips/marks on wallpaper. Cushions on sofa dirty, bed too soft. Terrible breakfast, everything over-cooked. No fridge in room, neither sofa nor bed facing TV
