I liked the location of the hotel and the cleanliness of the room

The cleaners and Bar staff were really friendly and helpful. Overall, we felt that staff worked very hard.
The room we were given was quiet.
We were supplied with accessories like a shower cap which we used ( although as we were two travellers maybe there should be two caps supplied?)
Location was good for public transport. There were also local shops nearby.
The room was clean and the bathroom was too except the shower head which had a little mould.
There were areas to eat and open spaces to relax outside of the room.
There were thoughtful facilities for those with children in the foyer area.
We did find some quiet areas to eat when the dining area was busy and loud.
There was parking under the property although this wasn’t free.
Overall a nice place to stay.
Finding the parking garage entrance as the JUFA parking sign was so small as to be missed on passing . We found it eventually.

The dinner buffet didn’t look appealing on the evening we went for dinner and was around 24 Euros per person. We opted for the alternative menu which was better.
The room we had booked was not the room we were given as our room should have included a kettle or coffee/ tea facilities, but the room we were given did not. We did check back on the facilities offered on booking.com to ensure that the error was not ours, and it did state in the list that there should have been at least a kettle ( one of the key reasons for booking). We did message both the property and Booking.com, but didn’t hear back before we left. So that was a shame.

The JUFA Hotel was clean, nicely designed, and offered good value for the money. Our room was small but comfortable, and the window opening directly to the outside was a nice feature for getting some fresh air. On the downside, the refrigerator wasn’t working, and there was no microwave or other way to prepare food. The staff were fine—polite but not particularly memorable. Overall, a decent stay for the price, with a few areas that could be improved.
The biggest downside was the location. The hotel itself is very nice, but online photos and descriptions can make the area seem more convenient than it actually is. Once you leave the hotel, there isn’t much around, and we wouldn’t feel particularly comfortable walking around there at night. The U-Bahn was convenient, and the on-site underground parking was a definite plus, but overall, the location left a lot to be desired.
