Reception staff were very helpful and the room was perfect for a short stay. Everything was perfectly clean and the room facilities seemed brand new. Location was good - easy walk to and from the airport bus and very close to the nearest metro stop.
I've had better breakfasts in other similar hotels.

Great location for U Bahn, Prater and conference centre. Good size rooms. Great aircon. Good breakfast buffet

it is close to exhibition center, few minutew walk. Comfortable bed. Clean room.
The receptionist made me feel why was I there...
We could not adjust the temperature of the room. At the lobby - by the reception desk, was a little fountain with fresh water, each time we went there no jars on the shelves. Asked the reception, they simply answered: it's there... well, nothing was there. To be honest, expected a tiny bit better service (and attitude) referring to the name of the hotel.
