Struttura in zona molto tranquilla vicinissima alla fermata della metro. Pulizia e cortesia del personale ottime!

La zona fitness non era accessibile e chiusa al pubblico. La colazione, seppur abbondante, manca della zona torte e croissant, che per gli italiani sono fondamentali al mattino!

Gutes Hotel mit hervorragenden Service

Hervorragende Lage am Prater mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung. Bequeme Betten, schönes Badezimmer, zweckmäßiger Sauna- und Fitnesskeller. Das Frühstück ist für den Preis mit dieser Auswahl sagenhaft. Aber das Beste ist das grandiose gesamte Personal: extrem freundlich, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit, kompetent und engagiert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ein tolles Hotel, jedem Touristen sehr zu empfehlen, die negativen Punkte sind mir nicht schlimm genug, wir kommen gerne

- Super Preis-Leistung - Nähe zum Prater bzw. Infrastruktur zu den anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten - Ruhiges Zimmer - reichhaltiges und größtenteils gutes Frühstück - mega guter Kaffee - Parkplatz am Hotel möglich - allgemeine Nähe zu Örtlichkeiten (Supermarkt, Bank, Restaurants etc.) des täglichen Bedarfs - Bad mit Dusch-Badewanne war toll - sehr freundliches Personal

- Keine automatische Eingangstür - bessere Qualität der Getränke (Säfte schmecken eher wässrig bzw. künstlich, Minzwasser ist gut gedacht, aber da ich das auch zuhause so mache, schmeckte es dort nicht so gut) - ich habe gebratene Zwiebeln beim Frühstück vermisst

Fogadnak kisállatot is, ezért esett rájuk a választásunk! Épp a születésnapomon érkeztünk, ezért bekészítettek ajándékba a szobába egy üveg pezsgőt két pohárral, és egy köszöntő képeslappal.

Bra beliggenhet, men ukomfortabel seng og bråkete aircondition.

Beliggenheten ved Messe Wien er helt topp! Skjermet og tilbaketrukket - støy utenfra var fraværende.

Soveplass og bad i samme rom er udelikat. Ukomfortabel seng. Støyende aircondition.

Actually, the only positive side was the location of the hotel reasonably close to the Conference I participated.

The room was microscopic. The choice for breakfast was rather poor, the coffee machine did not work. The staff not too attentive (I was not proposed an umbrella when it was heavily raining)

It was a good place to sleep and shower after a long day out

Clean, kind and helpful staff. Went the extra mile to try accommodate my vegan diet, at breakfast but it would have been nice to have real vegan options

The single room was somewhat smaller than expected, however the cleanliness of the room made it accaptable.

The shower had a couple of broken heads inside that needed repair. Many days it got too hot in the room but the AC was not working so needed to open the window for some air.

Memorable

The staff are super friendly! The double room was amazing, it was big, comfortable and clean. The location is really great too, almost 7 mins from the nearest station and close to many restaurants and supermarkets around the area.

The breakfast somehow needs improvement for a 4 star hotel, it surely needs more variety.

Exceptional

The hotel has a very convenient location, on a quiet street. The room was clean, warm and quiet. I slept great all three nights and would stay at the same hotel again. The underground can be reached in just a few minutes, and underground ride to the old town of Vienna takes about 5-minutes.

Very calm location, Very friendly reception staff, Very convenient location to the Prater station (A and U bahn), Very comfort room and bed, in particular shower is very strong and very quick to get hot water

Cozy hotel with friendly and polite staff, delicious breakfasts and daily cleaning. There is an electric kettle, tea and coffee in the room. The room is warm and quite with comfortable bed. A metro statin within walking distance (about 7 minutes). Highly recommend this hotel
