The location is good but little away from the main market. Breakfast was reasonably good but there were limited food choices.
There was no assistance for carrying luggage for senior citizens like us and there is no restaurant for in room catering service.

We liked that breakfast was included as options to eat out in the area seemed limited. It was very handy to the fantastic underground system. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially when we asked to change rooms. It was clean and the rooms are comfortable.
We did have to ask to change rooms after our first night. Our room faced Prater theme park and it was quite noisy even with closed windows. The bed also rolled into the middle and was quite uncomfortable (we moved rooms and the bed in our new room was comfortable). This made for quite a bad night's sleep. There were only news channels available on the tv and we couldn't stream anything.
