Beds were really comfortable. Good shower and air con worked good. Room size was pretty good for city hotels. 5 min walk to the underground trains and 4 stops gets you into the middle of Vienna.. staff were overall friendly. Young girl in the restaurant (Veronica?) was lovely
Bathroom could do with a deep clean. The sink is stained and the toilet floor had a mild urine smell, house keeping seemed to turn up at various times. No breakfast tea. Herbal bags and earl grey. Also the creamers were off.

We required a hotel close to the Viking River Cruise dock for one night.
It was a perfect location that enabled us to walk.
We really enjoyed the spacious room and bathroom.
The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was excellent.
Nothing to complain about.

The bath - I prefer a proper shower. I missed a fridge in the room and a vanity mirror
