The location was great

The accommodation was not as we expected, was not very clean and had a really bad smell of drain in the toilet, the internal views were awful and had to keep curtain shut which made the rooms very dark.

Lovely location, good amenities, 100% recommend for a Barcelona stay.

Excellent location and had everything we needed. Lovely terrace and balcony! Would definitely stay here again.

My only small nitpick is that the lift is very small, which makes it difficult when travelling with a large group. Also could definitely do with some comfier pillows!

Overall it is a great place for families with kids or large groups, superb location

It was an electronic key box that you need to scan your passports and if you make a mistake you have top start all over again. Not bad experience and convenient if you come after hours.

The specific unit we staid in was run down, needed a new facelift renovation not as the listed pictures.

Everything about this suite was perfect. The location, the space I couldn't be happier.

Everything was great! The ceiling did leak but it was because the AC was on high. Other than that everything was perfect. I would put a mirror in one of the rooms since that room didn't have one.

Great stay

Spacious apartment. Kitchen fully equipped with details like paper towels and dishwasher tablets! Great location, amazing terrace, elevator. There were 8 of us including kids and we all rate it 10/10

Perfect location, close to stores and restaurants as well as having an amazing view of Sagrada from the hotel.

Great location, walk to everything. plenty of restaurants, bars, cafés, shops, etc. in the area. great value.

Great location. with amazing views of La Sagrada Familia and the city from the rooftop. Large rooms with nice furniture. Very cleaned. friendly staff. We will come back to same location if available.

We had an issue with the AC that could not be fixed in time. staff and owners quickly got technicians to look at it, but it was not fixed in time. NOT their fault, this happens. they took appropriate measures to ensure we were happy.

Excellent location in the middle of the pedestrian area between Sagrada familia and Hospital de la Santa Creu i de Sant Pau. Pedestrian zone full of restaurants for both breakfast and dinner. Clean, fully equipped large apartment.

Very easy access to keys with the electronic machine for check-in at any time. Fast help with the keypad of the safe. very nice view from the roof terrasse. comfortable beds. very central location with good access to public transport

the rooms to the tiny patio (as it is common in Barcelona) were a bit loud due to the adjectant neighbours being up much longer. Earplugs are recommended.

Wonderful location, near the metro station. Automatic check in and check out. Space to leave our suitcases until our flight home. The flat was spacious for 5 people ,with two bathrooms as requested. Just beware to leave the apartment clean and take out the trash

wasn’t a good stay. when I spoke with a member of staff to help sort out the issues. nothing was done.

The sinks remained clogged throughout the entire time and there was a horrible smell coming from the bathroom at all times. It smelt of sewage. Also the bedsheets and towels were not clean and the sink was also constantly dirty due to it being clogged. The AC was barely working. Here are some photos of the facilities in the apartment.

Great location, just one block away from the Sagrada Familia

The apartment was not even similar to the one in the photos. It was super dark, with no sunlight, plus a terrible smell all day long inside the apartment. We suspect it came from the bathroom, as it faces a building's internal sewage pipe. Additionally, the check-in machine was working awful. It gave us four keys to different apartments (not ours), so if we wanted, we could enter any suite. We only solved it once we called the booking manager.

There was only one portable AC and the other ac in the room did not work there was two fans it was extremely hot and uncomfortable. The apartment is not conditioned at all.

Location, views, and air conditioned comfort

The location was exactly what we wanted, just a block from the Sagrada Familia and located along a pedestrian focused corridor with lots of great restaurant options shops to browse through. The view was spectacular and there's easy access to the subway for trips further out in the city. The staff was very accommodating and gave us a great restaurant recommendation when we checked in.

The kitchen was fairly poorly equipped so we mostly ate out. The elevator is very small, so some of our more claustrophobic members preferred to walk up 8 flights of stairs instead of taking the lift.
