Good value. Good location. 12-15 min walk to wat mahathat and night market.
Sign says not to flush toilet paper (and other stuff) in the toilet! I clarified with staff and he says that is correct and to put soiled toilet paper in trash can. Staff has a stern demeanor but is efficient and answers all questions.

Great location in a traditional style house.
Owner and his son incredibly helpful, and also arranged a really good value river cruise/ tour.
Plenty of food options nearby, night market a ten minute walk away, 7/11 a five min walk. A/c worked well, comfortable bed, fridge and coffee making facilities in the room.
Good shower with shampoo and shower gel provided.

Location was great, air conditioning worked great until it started dripping a lot. Bikes were for rent for 60 bhat, one got a flat tire and Mr. Willie, who is the manager said they aren’t responsible because the hotel just rents the bikes. Nice tables and lounge area to sit at. Mr. Willie is very helpful with information about anything you ask about.
