It was located perfectly, just tucked away from a Main Street but very close to shops and night markets. The hosts were absolutely fantastic and were happy to assist with anything (they helped me sort transport to my next place!) The rooms were well presented and clean, you got a fridge with 2 free bottles of water and a selection of snacks and drinks you could buy. The bed in the room was huge so I enjoyed it all to myself!
No mention of breakfast being included but it was and it was just the perfect amount to start the day. I was also given watermelon in the afternoon as a snack which is my favourite! 10/10 for this property and I would 100% be returning

Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The owners were very nice and helpful and even arranged a car for me to get to the airport.

Tidy room in a quiet area with air con and good wifi, overall great value base to explore Ayutthaya. The bed was huge and pillows were nice. The complimentary breakfast was great: fried eggs, toast and fruit :) thank you to the friendly hosts

This was absolutely fabulous, we really loved our stay at T & N home. The family symbolise everything that is beautiful about Thailand and its people. They are wonderful, helpful, happy and very accomodating with such beautiful generosity.
The Property is in a fabulous location, you can easily walk to the night market, river, local meat market and a wide range of restaurants and Wats.
The prices here are a little bit lower than Bangkok, but the food is even better.
It was great!!! We slept really well, were incredibly comfortable in the room and the common area.
