The property is very nice, well-maintained, and modern. The room is nice.
We had a problem with check-in. There was no key prepared for us for the contactless check-in, so we had to ask the restaurant staff for help, and they did not seem particularly happy about it. They gave us a room key that did not work, so we had to go back, report the issue, and get a new key.
We had to wait a very long time for hot water in the room. There were also a lot of cobwebs and dust in the room.
At check-out, the receptionist working that day did not speak a word of English, and despite me explaining that I did not understand German, she continued speaking to me in German.
The breakfast was average, with a limited selection of food, and the coffee tasted awful.
