Great location with parking just outside medieval centre of Chartres. Beautiful room with view of Cathedral.
Very niche complaint, but no semi skimmed milk for tea - only full fat UHT which smelled really odd.

Beautifully decorated and very well located plus convenient parking

It was so close to shopping and the Cathedral.
Dinner was wonderful. The maitre’d helped choose a good wine.
It was nice to be able to open the windows for air.
The shower curtain let water get on the floor.
The room was tight for 2 suitcases to be laid out.

The staff were fantastic and extremely helpful.
The bathroom and room are too small. There was an odour when you walked in, coming from the bathroom the fan didn’t work. The lighting needs to be better, especially in the bathroom.
