The location, being able to park securely, very comfortable bed, the staff were extremely helpful and polite.
The kettle in the room did not seem to heat the water enough. The coffee machine appeared to have incompatible coffee pods. Both items should have instructions to operate them.

L'hôtel est très bien, le personnel charmant mais pas pour un stop en famille. C'est un hôtel fait pour les jeunes qui n'ont pas besoin de se lever de bonne heure le lendemain. Il y a eu du bruit dans la résidence jusqu'à tard, pas de clim donc les fenêtres ouvertes nous n'avons pas pu nous endormir avant 1h du matin.
Petit déjeuner très décevant.
Manque la climatisation.
Petit déjeuner à améliorer grandement.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, it was clean and the location was great
No air conditioning and it was insanely hot. Plus so noisy outside it was impossible to have the windows open. Not much sleep was had…..
No tvs in rooms either which was a surprise.
Also it is focused on sport but there is no gym…didn’t really make sense to us.
