Upon arrival, they informed me they have had an 'overbooking' and I will need to stay at another hotel they had booked for me. I made my reservation months in advance so this was really disappointing. There was nothing offered as a compensation for their error - a dinner voucher or so would have been appreciated.
The other hotel was nearby but in a smaller, darker street (rather than on a main road) so it felt somehow unsafe to walk there on my own late evening.
I stayed for 4 days - on the day before my leaving they wrote to me after 9:30pm to ask me to come then or next morning to pay for the room. This was extremely inconvenient given that my flight was leaving very early next morning.
