Good location, ease of access, breakfast included. Fridge included in room - v useful!
On ground floor so rumble from underground was unexpected - didn’t disturb sleep though! No hand towel, hair dryer didn’t work.

Location is great. Room was clean, with minibar and coffee machine. People were nice.
Room was very small, bed too. It was ok for me just because I'm 1.55m. It could be cheaper to be honest, but I understand that in London everything is expensive.

Bed was fairly comfortable. Friendly staff.
Poor organisation for breakfast.
Too many stairs when you have a lot of luggage.

Location was brilliant. Very handy for Paddington Station. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars close by. Room had three chairs which was great. Also plenty of storage facilities. Did not have breakfast.
Only had one pillow each and when asked for another pillow at Reception, was told no pillows available. Had to leave a note in room to ask for milk, as none left in room two days. Didnt replace towels though dirty ones were taken away.
