Comfortable place, clean and cozy rooms, nice bed. Very useful iron with table in the room.
Pool and gym very nice, to be used also when it is raining outside. Personnel was fantastic, always ready to help
Almost everything was quite good. Unfortunately fridge in our room was not working (we had help from personnel keeping pur stuff in their fridge anyway). A bit missing some breakfast options (i.e. normal bacon)

Great location, friendly staff and comfortable clean rooms. Perfect for our short stay.
Rooms were very tiny, and the AC did not get too cold.

I liked the swimming, staff was very polite, when we were checking in they gave us complimentary fresh warm cookies, it was cute, and the breakfast was awesome, there were chefs making omelets also
The pool was amazing, there were no people except us, there was no staff there, for example if I would be alone and something would happen like leg cramps no one would notice

Very good bed with perfect mattress, pillows and blankets for good sleep.
Very unqualified and unable stuff members who made our stay very unpleasant and nervous.
Only thing they could do is to take payments before we could receive anything. Normally it is usually to pay at check out for all the services in sum.
We asked for late check out and it was confirmed, on the day of departure the reception called us at 11:59!!!! to ask us to leave the room. First of all they woke us up and we felt so unwelcome and kicked out to make sure that we don’t stay any minute longer. Three ladies at the reception could not answer us a simple question if we can bring a guest to spa for additional payment. They did not even understand what we were talking about and we got no answer.
I was not allowed to eat before paying. And even as I signed a usual paper bill with room number, I had to pay my 3 dollars immediately as “we had no credits with them”. Never never was I treated so bad in a Hilton family hotel. So unwelcome and so unprofessional. A big shame for Hilton family.
