Location was pretty good, thanks to booking.com - our room was upgraded to a superior king room free of charge,
it was nice and clean, amazing restaurants and the food. Great meal to room service. Cozy and spacious bed.
Beware of the SPA. Ask for the prices several times. Prices there are highly volatile, as they may differ when you inquire and actually paying them. No price transparency for some services.
We were Initially offered 70$ for extra SPA service and then ended up being charged the local currency equivalent of $132, which no one informed us about and I figured it out only after checking my bank statement. And nobody took responsibility, returned, compensated. The worst thing was the absence of the floor managers or unwillingness of the receptionist's to connect us to them for 2 days - so we could inform them about the unfair and questionable charges, irresponsibility of the staff, and their false assurances.
Overall it would have been a great experience if not the abovementioned issues.
