The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. They always answered questions promptly. No complaints. I would recommend staying here in Rome.

Location
The room seemed a bit sad, dark and dated. internet in the room was non existent. Anyone remember the pensione of the 1980’s? Staff is available daytime only so a late check-in, after 4pm seems impossible. There were no towels left in the room and no one to ask in the evening or morning. Pam was lovely but could have perhaps given us a quick orientation to the room, for example the internet code, where the air conditioner remote was and so on. She did however arrange for a taxi to pick us up for the airport.
