The room was big and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower head and water pressure was great as well.

Lovely room, spotlessly clean upon arrival and cleaned everyday with fresh bottled water provided daily. Reception kindly also arranged our airport transfers.
We were told we would be met at reception, but when we arrived there was just a large locked door. No codes were provided for entry so we had to message and wait on the street. Eventually we got into the reception on 5th floor with door codes but again no staff so had to call to ask if anyone was coming. Staff were lovely once they turned up but not a great start. Again be careful if you leave your luggage once you have checked out, as the blue door entry tags dont all work. Luckily we tried 3 before we left to make sure we had a working one otherwise we would have been stuck outside unable to get our luggage to return home. In future I will book either a hotel with full reception or a private apartment where you have all the codes up front rather than this hybrid arrangement that doesn't fully work.

Great location with great rooms, always super clean and the staff are amazing!!! so welcoming and attentive to any needs
To access the property get details of door codes prior to arriving so that you can access the property efficiently and not having the wait!!! Luckily for us someone came inside but ringing the property was efficient too as staff came straight away
