Clean and spacious room, great location in urban area with cafees, restaurants and fastfoods, close to river Tiber and Vatican city, in a walking distance to all sightseeing places and monuments, the SIT Bus station to Fiumicino airport just around the building, the staff was cleaning the room every day…

If I come to Rome again, and I will for sure, this would be my choice again.
I have recommended this facility to many my friends
A little confusion with the wi-fi network.
There are two of them “I love Roma” wich didn’t work and “Vodaphone-I love Roma” wich was great.
For the later, It was neded to scan the barcode on the wi-fi device and I didn’t for 3 days, using my roaming wich was expensive :-)
But after the contact with the owner, that was settled.

It's very cheap and affordable
The room was not very clean or well-furnished. For instance, the shower was dirty. The electric kettle was burned as if someone had attempted to cook something in it. It took a full five minutes for the hot water to become hot.

Locacion y espacioso
Muy descuidado el mobiliario, el aire funcionaba a media maquina y había un olor a quemado en el cuarto todo el tiempo. Aunque ventiláramos no se fue nunca.

- good Location
- room stay fresh during the night even without having all the time AC on
- friendly staff
- Shower without warm water (tepid at most once in a while)
- poor wi-fi quality (in general, and the last day even not working)
- for the money could be better (damaged floor, fridge making lot of noise, ...)
