Excellent location in a gorgeous quiet suburb which is easily walkable to the Vatican and other popular sites. Cafes, restaurants and supermarkets are very close. An excellent self serve laundry mat is also close. The room was very clean and the building is secure with the spacious rooms on the first floor accessible with stairs or a lift. It was lovely to have a full length french window which opened to a small balcony. Matteo is very friendly and helpful

Very close to the Vatican
No hot water for shower!
We got to the hotel around 9pm.. went to shower and there was no hot water! Called the host, he said we had to wait between 30min to 1h30min for hot water! It would be nice to know that before we booked the hotel, because it’s a very frustrating experience to have especially with a baby
