Fabio met us right away and was very helpful in getting us settled in. The 10:00 am check in was amazing as our flight arrived in Rome at 8:00 a.m. We were able to unpack, clean up, change and get to our Vatican Tour by 12:30 pm. Fabio had water for us and made us espresso to kick start the day!
Rooms were a nice size, great location, iron in room, mini fridge plus communal kitchen. Also, the air conditioning worked really, really well!

The location was fantastic. Greeting was lovely and advice on the local area. It was one room with a bed and pull out sofa bed for the children. Compact room but what we needed for a nights stay. A safe, enclosed room in an apartment building. Walking distance to many sights or a short taxi. Very clean.

The location is good and the host was nice and helpful. There is free coffee in the shared kitchen.
The accommodation is not a real hotel but rather a separate room in a large flat connected by an aisle. The rooms have thin doors that do not isolate well against light and noise, which means that you will be disturbed by the other guests and the light that burns in the aisle all night. Additionally, the inner yard was quite busy early in the morning. The bathrooms and especially the towels had a strong, unpleasant scent of chlorine that filled the whole room as soon as you opened the bathroom door.
