Excellent location, room, and communication.

Location was great. Easy walk to many of the sites, close to Metro, room was spacious and clean, Sylvia, the local host, was a great communicator with good suggestions.

This is more informational rather than a dislike. Like most of the urban B&B's, the breakfast consists of items that are packaged and stored so that the guest can serve themselves (yogurt/coffee/cheese). There are no fresh pastries or breads. There is a little fresh fruit.

wonderful stay in the perfect location

this property is in the absolute perfect location for us, we could walk from the metro station and walk everywhere we wanted to go. our host was there when we arrived with all the info and recommendations, we were able to leave our luggage at the property before our flight back, and the breakfast provided was so nice and convenient. the room was very comfortable and large. we loved our stay here. perfect for small group travel.

beautiful place, beautiful location! Bellissimo!

The property owner was absolutely lovely and was really helpful with knowledge about the town and places to eat etc she also helped organise transfers to the airport and back which was a massive help.

Loved it and would come and stay here again …

Very close to major attractions and located centrally in Rome …

There was a lot of noise from works happening next door at the H&M building. These works would start about 6am and if you are a light sleeper, it will wake you up in the morning …. A pair of ear plus would definitely fix this issue

Wonderful host of a beautiful place to stay! Everything you could ask for. A fantastic location near Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps! Very comfortable room, excellent shower, fabulous selection of continental breakfast! Silvia is a fantastic host! She shared so much info about her lovely b&b and the area. A joy to meet! I will definitely return!

Superb

You couldn't ask for a better location as it's within easy walking distance to the majority of sights in Rome. The room is large and comfortable. GrSafe and secure. Lots of restaurants and bars on the doorstep.

Lovely comfortable accommodation in the heart of Rome.Sylvia was very friendly, warm and helpful. Would recommend.

Fantastic location close to everything and within walking distance of all the main sights and attractions. Spacious bathroom with great shower.

Situated above a piazza so there is a bit of a noise factor but you are in the middle of a city

The location was perfect close to piazza Navona Fontana so Trevi and piazza Venezia, 5 min by walking , the room was clean and they change sheets every day , and the owner was so friendly and good she helped us so much with everything

It’s a bit expensive for the size of the room

The perfect location in Rome!

The best location! You can walk everywhere in the center of Rome. We felt safe in the area. Cosy & spacious room!

The breakfast could be better but it is ok for a quick bite in the morning before exploring Rome!

We had a lovely comfortable time!

The location was perfect! We walked EVERYWHERE, and saw everything! There were lots of excellent restaurants and shopping in the area too! Silvia had a map and restaurant recommendations for us to use. She left yummy foods of all kinds for breakfast! Everything was well appointed and very clean and comfortable!

The elevator was tiny and ancient! It was an experience! I would not recommend a very large person try it! For small people it was no problem!

Very good

The room was very nice, modern but with a Roman touch and very spacious. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was neat with a great shower! Angelini was great with recommendations, food allergens and making sure we felt settled in.

The breakfast was the only letdown for the property as there were very limited choices and it felt very heavy and not nutritious at all.

Beyond what we expected

The location was phenomenal! Walking distance to everything! It was quiet at night and had a really homely feel! The breakfast was lovely and we loved that we could make it any time of the morning (we had a lot of early starts). The food recommendations were excellent, we ate at many traditional Italian places (not tourist traps). The map provided was really helpful and I would recommend everyone to stay here if you're visiting Rome.
