Me gustó todo.
Que para ir a recoger las llaves lo tienes que hacer en otro lugar, aunque está cerca no es del todo cómodo si vas cargado.

La posizione in cui sorge la struttura consente di raggiungere in poco tempo tutte le zone. La zona è infatti ben servita sia dalla metropolitana sia dai mezzi di superficie. Anche a piedi e possibile raggiungere in poco tempo i principali punti di interesse. La.struttura viene pulita ogni giorno ed è silenziosa.
Viene data la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli gratuitamente dopo il check out.

Location was amazing, staff were so lovely and we got upgraded to junior suite so we enjoyed the hot tub.

It's close to the vatican (15 min walking) - buses stop close to the hotel
The worst thing is that the hotel reception is very far from the hotel. The place you do the check in is around 15-20 minutes walking with your heavy luggage.
The hotel is old, with those old lifts. It's not beautiful, but it works ok.
The staff is not welcoming, the man responsible for the checkin would not receive us because we arrived before 2 pm (lunch-time?) on the hotel. We were suppose to go to the check-in place, not the hotel.
The bathroom leaks water outside the shower on the floor.
The room doesn't have coffee machine or shampoo/conditioner. (only a shower gel which was not refilled the next days)
