10/10 – A perfect base for a family trip to Rome!
We had a wonderful stay! The host was exceptionally friendly, flexible and helpful, and made us feel very welcome from the beginning. He was always easy to communicate with and incredibly accommodating, especially with our family and children.
The location is excellent – safe, very well connected by public transport, and there are plenty of shops, cafés and restaurants nearby. It was very easy to explore Rome from here.
A special highlight was breakfast at Tony’s Bar. It was wonderful and felt like a truly authentic local Roman experience rather than something created for tourists. We really enjoyed starting our mornings there.
Overall, a fantastic place for a family visiting Rome. Great location, great hospitality and a genuinely kind and helpful host. We would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it!
What could be improved:
This is a large apartment in an older Roman building, so naturally some parts show their age and could use some renovation – for example, the condition of the floor near the window.
That said, it is clear that the hosts are continuously working to improve and maintain the apartment. They make a real effort to keep everything clean, comfortable and welcoming for their guests, which we truly appreciated.

Dobry kontakt z gospodarzem, bliskość metra i Watykanu.

Super lokalizacja. Blisko metro i przystanek autobusowy pod klatką. Włoskie śniadania u Tonnego ok.
Bardzo zaniedbany apartament. Wymaga gruntownego remontu. Na szczęście nie musieliśmy korzystać z kuchni. Jako noclegownia był ok.
