We received a very warm welcome, and the check-in process was smooth and excellent. The host was extremely friendly and provided us with clear and complete information about our stay.
The only downside was that there was just one bathroom and toilet for four people.

Property was in an awesome location and Martin was an amazing host, spending a good amount of time introducing us to the apartment and suggesting great places and restaurants for us to visit while in town. The apartment was well equipped and decorated, and we loved the tile floors. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony sipping the welcome bottle of wine and watching the sunset. The multiple air-conditioning units in the apartment were a lifesaver after walking around all day in the Barcelona heat. There were convenient stores and restaurants nearby so it was always easy to find food or pick up needed supplies with just a few minutes walk.
The property is located on a main street, so there is a small amount of road noise but simply closing the balcony door took care of most of that, and in our apartment the bedrooms weren’t close to the street so it wasn’t really an issue.
Nothing to do with the property or Barcelona in general, but be aware that the cabs are unreliable and book multiple clients simultaneously, so what looks like a five minute pick up turns into a 30 minute ordeal or more if you can even get a ride at all.

The apartment was clean and well stocked with the basic amenities needed when traveling with young children. The location easy to get to and walking distance everything. Martijn was a wonderful and friendly host! He provided many great recommendations for our family.

This apartment made our stay unforgettable. The host was absolutely amazing and probably the biggest reason this became our favorite city experience in all of Spain. The apartment was spotless, fully equipped with everything we needed, and conveniently located for exploring the city. And we can't forget the balcony—the view was simply incredible and made every morning and evening special. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a comfortable, memorable stay. We would gladly stay here again!
