Very helpful staff particularly Ms Warisha Ziya is very cheerful, professional, and goes out of her way to make the stay very pleasant. The management of Sura hotel must recognise and reward her efforts in looking after clients. Well done Ms. Warisha.

Location great. Room good, though not as good a view as advertised. Loved the opening window.
We arrived at 1pm and was told room was ready, which it wasn't quite ready and had not been properly restocked re towels etc. I felt the hotel was doing their best to be supportive to us. Bed itself was excellent and very comfortable.
Needed more towels. Would have liked some UHT milk to be supplied. Felt room view not as good as advertised

Great breakfast- real Mediterranean and Turkish with huge variety! Very nice courtyard with bar and swimming pool etc…

The location was good. Walkable to Grand and Spice Bazaar.
There was a lot I did not like. It is not clean and smells bad. Bed and pillows were very hard. The entry door frame was broken, the flooring was separating and bubbling up, the bathroom was alot smaller than pictures listed made me believe it would be. The shower pressure was good but the shower had was corroded so there was not a good flow. Stains on couch and coffee table.
