This hotel made the whole Istanbul experience very special. Firstly, the location is unbeatable, you can walk almost everywhere and if not, you take the tram 1 at the door. The area is safe at night and full of life, even though the hotel is very quiet and rest is perfect. Second, the people in the hotel will go to the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. A special call for Hasan and his team at breakfast and the Front Desk, all of them are so helpful! The breakfast itself is a fantastic way to start the day, you have the Turkish and international buffet and the choices are fresh, tasty, and everyday different! The views from the terrace with a coffee are breathtaking. The hotel is pristine clean, my room was very very comfortable, spacious and with a small balcony. The restaurant was okay for me, nothing very special to remark further than the views, and the spa experience in the hotel is also very good, with the additional perk of the 20% discount in the price! Over all this is a great hotel in the area and I do strongly recommend.

The staff were incredibly lovely and helpful, cannot speak highly enough! Hamdullah on reception spent so much time helping us through some complicated directions, he was truly a highlight! Breakfast was the best selection I've ever had - cannot speak highly enough. Beatiful rooftop location for breakfast. Hotel location absolutely perfect for walking everywhere. Loved it!

Excellent location.
Helpful and friendly staff.
Breakfast was not the best.
Room and bathroom were very basic and tired looking.
Additional fees to use basic spa facilities such as sauna.
