We had a really pleasant stay here. The location is absolutely fantastic — right in the heart of the Old City, very close to the tram stop and within easy walking distance of the Blue Mosque and many other major attractions. It made getting around Istanbul incredibly convenient.
The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The gentleman at the front desk took the time to show us a map and explain the main attractions in detail, including useful tips such as the Grand Bazaar being closed on Sundays. They also helped us with our luggage, and the service throughout our stay was excellent.
Breakfast was good, and the view from the terrace was beautiful — definitely one of the highlights of the hotel.
The only downside was the noise from the nearby mosque. The call to prayer was quite loud, especially early in the morning, and I could still hear it even while wearing earplugs. This is the only reason I would take one point off.
Overall, though, we had a very good experience. The excellent location, helpful staff, beautiful terrace view and easy access to public transport make this a great place to stay when visiting Istanbul.

The best location in the historical part of the city.
Amazing staff, comfortable beds.
The family suite can easily fit 4 adults (3 comfortably).
The bathroom needs a renovation badly. A lot of scratches, weird smell after taking a shower.
Also, a lot of issues with WiFi: it barely worked for a few days, things improved later, but it was still problematic to use sometimes.
Breakfast selection wasn’t amazing, but still solid. I recommend adding more vegan options (at least oat milk).
