Great location, in the heart of the touristic area. Nearby restaurants, bars and very safe to walk by at night. Staff was polite but not the friendliest, that could be an improvement area but nothing to complain about.
Bathroom looked a little unmaintained, some renewal would be nice.

The location was fantastic. It was very close to historc landmarks. The tram was very close by so public transportation was easily accessible.
The wifi did not work well in my room. I would have to go in the hallway for phone calls. The internet would often disconnect.

The location was great! Walking distance to most places and the tram was pretty close by and easy to use to visit nearby attractions. They cleaned the rooms every day, which was nice.
The room was in desperate need of maintenance. The bathroom had wood peeling away from the door and the shower leaked badly. The soap holder in the shower was lose. Beds were very soft and thin pillows. Breakfast below average.
