Great facilities, big and spacious rooms and tasty food. The staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the fact that the rooms were cleaned daily. Overall an excellent stay for me and my family.
The pool toilets were quite disgusting, and while I know that this is due to hotel guests, having them cleaned more often could maybe help with the smells...

Clean and spacious room. Good and diverse food.
The all-inclusive restaurant gets very hot in the evenings, so air conditioning would be a must.
The hotel should also improve the shuttle bus system, perhaps by adding more buses. There are often too many people waiting, which can become unsafe. We even saw someone almost get run over while trying to hop in the bus before it stopped.
