The staff were lovely, its a good basic hotel in a good location. The pool is lovely and the bar too!
There were multiple stag and hen party's and they took over the pool were very loud, drinking a lot and often not behaving very well at all to other guests. Party's in rooms too with loud music at all hours. It wasnt for us at all, so we wouldnt stay again - but if you are going for partying and stag and hen party's then I think this would be ideal for many - especially young people (under 30).

Great facilities, we had a baby with us and the apartments catered for everything we needed. Bar staff were very friendly and pleasant. Pool area is exceptionally clean. Plenty of sunbeds and seats.
Very uncomfortable beds! This is our second time staying at this hotel and they haven’t got any more comfortable!

The pool got the sun all day without having to move about.
Only 1 lift was working with a weight restriction for approx 3-4 people so u either had to walk up (11 flights of stairs for us) or wait a while.

The reception and pool area was very nice the apartments are in need of update no oven sofa was coverd in stains and broken you also couldnt lock balcony door .
the apartments in desperate need of update only two small lifts for 14 floors and one was always breaking down.
