The staff is incredibly pleasant, courteous, service-oriented, and nice; in fact, the successful stay is thanks to them.
The room lacks essential furniture, such as nightstands and a wardrobe, and the lighting is unpleasant. With a little thoughtful effort, the rooms could be made very comfortable and pleasant to stay in. The beach area is cluttered with a hodgepodge of dilapidated chairs and lacks proper sun loungers or comfortable seating; it is merely a remnant of what used to be.

The pool was lovely and it was right next to Whiskey Point beach which was beautiful with massive waves. The staff were really friendly and good with the kids and went over and above to help us. The air con in the rooms was great.
It was quite far away from Arugam Bay which was not a problem for us as we had a driver, there weren’t any other options for places to eat in walking distance but the restaurant food was good. A fridge in the room would have been nice so we could cool water and drinks etc. The whole resort is quite run down and could be tidied up, it does not look the the photos anymore.

My most rewarding experience here was the absolutely amazing sunrise. It was just a one minute walk from our room. The beach and pool were both clean. The food was great, they were able to deliver to utmost satisfaction. The rooms were cooled well when we arrived and it was rewarding after a long drive to get there. they communicated on our way on the changed check-in times. It was my first time in Arugambay, and if I visit again, I would stay here again.
The access to the location from the main road was a bit difficult. So its better to get instructions from them.

Very friendly people. Very helpful. Nice beach.
They need to do some thorough clean up. Inside the cabins as well as outside the grounds. This was the most expensive stay we have had so far during our Sri Lanka road trip. But the service was the lowest quality.
