Its location is amazing. Francesca on reception was so attentive
We booked a duplex room with outdoor space which we didn’t have. Told it was an upgrade but it was definitely not. Meant we had to swap rooms twice. Not ideal

I had a beautiful stay at La Fiermontina. Daniele, Maria and Samuele went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was an exceptional one. I was sincerely grateful to the whole team for their warmth, hospitality and genuine kindness.

Una de las habitaciones que nos tocó tenía olor a humedad ya que no contaba el baño con ventilación adecuada y pese a mi reclamo no me dieron solución .

Garden was super nice and breakfast too
They sold us a tour with 3rd party with was expensive but not good. And did not take our feedback very seriously
