The place is very central.
Rooms are large, comfortable and clean.
The apartment door was not secure and was made of a glass door leading to the common area which when other guests came in the common area automatic lights switched on reflecting light into our apartment, even though we had a blackout curtain.

The room was spacious and exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They even let us borrow a beach umbrella, which was a thoughtful touch. We decided to pay for breakfast on our first morning, and it was absolutely worth it. The hotel’s location was excellent—just a 5-minute walk from one of the Old City’s main gates. Free street parking was also easy to find, making our stay even more convenient.

B&B Fico is really conveniently located, clean and cool. A wonderful place that is well-appointed and spacious with comfortable rooms and on-street parking. Our family was well looked after and we’d be very glad to come back!

Super friendly host and service manager. Location was great for exploring Lecce. You have a personal space in the community fridge and free cold water. Also the size of the room was nice. Possibility of optional breakfast was also a nice service. Oh and there are (baby) turtles in the garden!
You should respect the others and keep quiet when coming home as the sound level could raise badly. The doors do not seal because they are old. The coffee in the room was terrible – bit a shame for Italy. The fixture of the hand shower was broken. Be aware of many mosquitos but there is a anti mosquito plug in the room.
