The location was way above our expectations and we were literally on the Spanish Steps from our room balcony. The terrace was also a lovely place to enjoy our first drink before we settled in for the stay and the staff were exceptional with their assistance in directions and maps, allowing us to see the beautiful city of Rome in all it's glory.
There was nothing to not like about this accommodation. The only thing I could say was that it was a little confusing to find the exact way to enter the hotel from the street but we figured it out eventually and then there was no issue.

The location next to the Spanish Steps was ideal. Even though there was large crowds every day, the double glazed windows worked very well!
The TV wasn't ideal. It reverted back to searching for channels each time we switched it off. We didnt watch a lot of TV however it was a little annoying.

Location
One of our rooms had a jacuzzi, which my son and wife were so happy about until they went to use it. It was smelling so bad of rotten eggs that they had to leave the room until the smell went away. When we told the reception she said we should have unplugged it and ran another bath…. Which is not our job to do so. Surely it should always be checked before use?!!!
No refund or compensation.
Disappointing as we have stayed they’re numerous times
