The location was absolutely fantastic, right on Piazza di Spagna, with the Spanish Steps practically on the doorstep. It was a brilliant base for exploring Rome, with many of the main attractions, shops and restaurants within walking distance. The person who welcomed us was very friendly and helpful, arranging an airport taxi and recommending some excellent restaurants and gelato places.
The accommodation is on the third floor, so there are quite a few steps to climb, although there is a small one-person lift which is helpful. The bathroom was a little more tired than the photos suggested, but it was clean, and the shower had very good water pressure.

The host Fabio and his staff are amazing people and super helpful... The location is perfect, central, next to the metro so what you can see by walking for 5 minutes, you can go by metro that cost $2 Euros. I stay in the room with 2 brothers and it was perfectly fine. I will definitely, when staying in Rome, stay at this place again.

Great location and staff! Fabio was an outstanding host! He helped us from start to finish with our entire trip from booking restaurants, tours, and taxis. Fabio really exceeded our expectations :)
No complaints :)

Amazing location. Fabio our host was fabulous. He was an excellent communicator prior to our arrival and during our stay. He helped us with our bags and booked an excellent restaurant for us. We had a great time staying at Fellini Design Suites.
