Location: beautiful views especially in the morning before noise and crowds. Sunny terraces but with shade if you want.
Excellent linens and soft pillows.
My room was very clean. It was a true oasis.
Daniela gave a fantastic welcoming, great restaurant suggestions, and an appreciative kind vibe. Being separate from the entitled attitudes of people in the Hassler yet in true luxury was heaven.
The shower is very small and the hot water lasts only a short time.
My room was near the terrace so the noise was too much at night: DJ playing awful music, staff moving chairs and heavily placing them on the floor…I was enjoying a cocktail on the lower terrace around 4:00 pm and then the DJ started. DJ just played simple thumping music like a club. It was completely incongruous with the guests, the architecture, the
light, the intelligent, cultured and refined music of Italy, and the mood of cocktail hour. The room is well insulated from the noise of crowds on the Spanish Steps yet not to the ‘club’ terraces. Thankfully I had earphones, but what a shame.

The Staff at the ll Palazzetto and Staff at Hotel Hassler are amazing. We have never experienced such dedication, welcoming, and warmth from any other hotel in Europe. The attention to ourselves and to the room and to our breakfast and any questions we have, is beyond any other customer service. The rooms are amazing, the location is excellent and the experience is out of this world.

The hotel is a "sister" hotel of the famous Hassler, and conveys that hotel's glamour and grace in every detail. The hotel facilities are impeccable, and the hotel staff - especially Daniela - are warm, accommodating and gracious. The beds are large and comfortable, the linens are sublime, and the bathrooms and tubs are large and relaxing. It was an amazing stay. The breakfast offering is at the Hassler, and you will want for nothing.
I can't think of a single thing.
