We loved our suite! Spacious, very comfortable and clean, the decoration was beyond our expectations!
We loved everything, it would be great though if we had bathrobes as well.

Excellent location, clean, spacious, comfortable, secured. We got upgraded to a suite which was very nice, so the room was extraordinarily big and comfy.
The wifi didn’t work well quite often, we needed to restart the router about once a day for it to work.
Also, it would have been better if we had liquid hand soap, and a towel rack.
The rooms are located in a different building than the receptions.

Loved the location in Rome. It's walking distance absolutely everything five minutes from the Spanish steps. The first room that I had I didn't love but the staff were incredible and changed my room immediately and the second room I absolutely love. The staff. Very friendly. There was a lift which was perfect considering I was on the fourth floor, especially if you have luggage not a lot of Italian hotels have lifts but this one does.
Not really much I didn't like to be nothing water pressure in the bathroom and the shower was pretty bad but it was so hot to be honest. I didn't really care jumping into it at the end of a long day. Definitely nothing that would stop me from saying there again.

Location is very good
No hooks in the bathroom or room to hang towels so new towels were provided during daily housekeeping. But the ‘new’ towels were damp. Bathroom bin lid was broken. IKEA duvet was dirty/stained.
